Stewardship and Service

Service to the community is part of our mission statement.  Each year students in grades kindergarten through eighth grade participate in a service project to promote and minister to the needs of our parish and wider community.  These service projects include food drives, making placemats and cards for a retirement community, pulling weeds, making rosaries, and making meal bags for Project Angel Heart.  In doing so, students recognize that everything we have and everything we are is a gift from God and that they should be grateful and generous with those gifts.

“As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms.”   -Peter 4:10-11
