Faith Formation
Faith formation is an integral part of St. Louis Catholic School. We partner with parents to provide a community where students, teachers and parents live their faith each day. Each class chooses a virtue to focus on for the year. The virtue is interwoven into the daily classroom routine. Faith is integrated into all subject areas. Along with daily Religion classes, our students attend and participate in weekly Mass every Wednesday. Our students participate and plan an Advent prayer service and Stations of the Cross. Our eighth grade class performs the Living Stations of the Cross.
Our daily routine includes student-led prayer in the morning, at lunch and at the end of the day. Our classes pray the rosary often. Students spend quiet time journaling in Religion classes to help them grow closer in their relationship with God. Each month we recognize students from each class who model Christian behavior in the spirit of St. Louis.
