My name is Kerri McGill. I received my Master of Education degree from Regis University and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Elementary Education from Metro State College of Denver. I have been teaching at St. Louis for eleven years now and I love it! I teach according to the principle, “They won’t care if you know, but they’ll know if you care.” I’ve gained a lot of knowledge over the years – but I believe that the most important aspect of working with children every day is showing them how much you care. I work hard to teach each individual student – regardless of where they are academically. I know they all can learn, it’s just a matter of figuring out how they learn best and then helping them excel to the best of their ability. I love working with children and watching them grow in faith, character, and knowledge every day.
Outside of teaching, I am married and I am the mother of four beautiful children ages 17,13, 9, and 8. They are the joy of my life and they keep me very busy!
