Bryanna Spafford, STL School Food Services Dept. Director, brings 10 years of experience in dining and elementary education atmospheres to Saint Louis Catholic School. She holds a bachelors degree in science/hospitality management from Kansas State University. Additionally, she is licensed in Professional Food Service Management and Boulder County Public Health Food Handling, both CDC recognized and approved. She and her husband, David, are parents to Camryn (13) and Jaclyn (9). Bryanna is also bonus mom to Chris, Dani, Patrick, and Alex. In her spare time she enjoys walking, cooking/baking, collecting cookbooks, spending time with family and friends, sewing, swimming and being outside! Cheering for the Regis Rangers, Kansas State Wildcats, Oklahoma State Cowboys, KC Royals and KC Chiefs are also at the top of her list!
