Early Learning Center

The St. Louis Early Learning Center supports children’s learning with a balance of developmentally appropriate academics and play.

We teach kindness, encourage independence and foster a love of Jesus in a Catholic classroom environment. Our goal is to meet children where they are both as individuals and as part of a group in order to help them to be successful.

When our students leave the ELC, they are equipped with all of the knowledge and skills necessary for entry into Kindergarten. We track our success with twice-a-year evaluations and a readiness test that focuses on meeting the Archdiocesan guidelines for preparedness for Kindergarten. Our goal is to make entry into St. Louis School’s progressive kindergarten program, a smooth and reassuring experience.

We have many special events during the year, including a New Family BBQ, Orientation, Halloween Party, Christmas program, Valentine’s party, Grandparent’s Day, a Mother’s Day tea, prayers, songs, Mass, and service projects.
All of our lead teachers are ECE qualified with a strong desire to share their love for learning, affection and compassion for children.
